Yes if you are buying with your spouse, + both your parents, you will be eligible to form the Multi-Generation required for 3Gen Flat purchase. Do note both flats (of yours and your parents) have to be sold within 6 months of getting the next 3Gen flat. You will still be eligible for Proximity Housing Grant if you have previously purchased a subsidized flat.
