Hi Nigel,

Are you looking at putting your name in the new smaller resale flat?

I guess seriously the issue here will not just be whether your eligibility for BTO will be affected, we also need to look at issues such as the timing issue between the selling and buying and also when do you wish to apply for your BTO. If you are not putting your name in the new resale flat, we also need to calculate the finances portion.

If you are ok, maybe we should really meet up for a non obligatory discussion so that I can get to know more details so that I may be able to give you much better advice.

In my career, I have managed to serve quite a number of clients in their selling and buying needs so I guess my experience should be more than enough to give you some sound advice. Haha. Some of my clients have also left testimonials of my service and you can read them from my website. My wife and myself have also been nominated for the SAEA Best Client Service Award by our clients so I believe I can provide the same level of service to you, if not better.

Really looking forward to hear from you soon! Thanks and good day!

Afternoon Nigel,

As per your statement, you are looking at purchase of smaller resale unit. If your current unit did not utilize grant nor purchased directly from HDB, and you rupcoming unit is to be purchased using Bank loan, your eligibility to purchase BTO unit in the future will not be affected.
