My BTO completion date is May 2023 bit i have resign from my job as no one to take care of my 7months old son. Will it affect my house? Am i unable to collect my key if we have no cash to pay in case not enough?

At this moment, it does no affect your BTO purchase as your eligibility is based on the application date.

The completion date is still some time away.
