My 2yrs HDB lease will be complete in a month, and landlord verbally agree to extend it for another year. Do we need to have new agreement in place?
What if not signing new agreement, what will be the termination rule?
How about deposit? As i paid 2 months deposit during signing the 2yrs agreement, shall i ask for 1 month refund since only 1 year extension? Thank you for answering my questions.
