Mr Ong is getting married to his girlfriend who is the main CPF contributor to her parents HDB flat. That makes her the owner of her parents HDB flat.Knowing they can't apply a HDB flat together. Now still single, Mr Ong plan to buy a flat with his parents instead without adding his future wife name in it. Hence after they ROM, as a married couple they will each own a HDB flat, without each other name in it. Is it possible???

Morning Shirl,

It's hard to answer or advice on such issue here, as under HDB ruling, every Singaporean couple can only have one HDB unit.
