may i understand , is it possible to join a company that as a part time agent , i have heard from some of my friends
explaining that for new agents joining into the industry , some company make a compulsory substantial payable fee ,
like a sort of a payback fee when you earn your first commission the company will payback to you , sort of arrangement
honestly i would like to join a company that is consistent and practice market norms, i will do my best for the job if someone can find the value in me
