May I know why property agent will charge handling fee equivalent to 1 month rental to Tenant upon successful tenancy agreement is signed? The rental is $3.9K, is this the market trend?

Afternoon Sally,

All services are payable. Since you engaged the salesperson to hunt for rental property, you are required to pay for their services. Standard market practise is 0.5 months for 1 year lease and 1 month for 2 years lease.
