Dear owner,

I'd like to ask how would you determine if a salesperson is good or not since all salesperson are registered with the council of estates agent with proper licenses to practise after having passed the mandatory exams as well as having to attend regular trainings to keep ourselves updated on the updated regulations and techniques to best represent our clients.

I believe everyone of us will be able to assist you, but the person who is ultimately appointed must have an excellent marketing plan for your unit with proper organisational support in conducting he sales of your property and assisting you to purchase the next.

I wonder if 8pm tonight will be good for you to meet up for a discussion.

I would not dare to self declare as "good salesperson" as this statement have more value when our client tells their friends or relative. Credentials can be create to project a wrong imagine. However, all responsible salesperson will not ask you to sell but provide you with the necessary data and information so that you can make a wiser decision.

Based on your situation, be it upgrading or downgrading, you might need some support on the financial computation, understanding of policies and how to execute it properly.
