Looking at finding new tenants for my 1475 sqft ground floor patio apartment at Changi Rise. Earliest new tenancy commencement date is Jul 1, 2014. Unfurnished. Minimum 2 years lease. What is the current market rental per month? Interested agents please leave your contact. Thanks.

Hi Kui, Would it be feasible for me to pay a visit to the unit tomorrow as I will be there picking up a client for viewing at about 2pm. I can meet you at 1pm over at Changi Rise first to make an assessment of your property to give you a closer advise. Tenants profile of the locality are usually professionals working in CBP and Indian nationals form majority of the community here. The foreseeable limitations I would see is that usually they do not prefer ground floor units therefore this could potentially be a major obstacle to rent out your unit fast. Putting aside the conditions of your property as well as furnishing options, you should be commanding at least $2.8k for a bare and original unit. This is just a very vague figure as mentioned therefore having a look at the property will give you a better idea on your positioning in terms of commanding rent.
