Just completed my RES exam and am looking around for agencies while waiting for results.

May i know which company is good at giving office support (laptops, printers in office)?

Best commission structure for newly joined and promoted agents?

Any fees for agent card, courses, etc?

New launches? Resale database?

Hi CK,

I believe you are concern over the start-up cost. Yes, office support is no doubt important but getting opportunity to progress and good mentoring are equally important.

In CBRE (a Fortune 500 company), you are encourage to do both primary (project marketing) and secondary (resale) market. Along the line, you will be coach by both the company and myself (in market for more than 15 years). I will also assist in planning your career path.
