Just a few questions to ask:
1) Why is there constant recruitment needed? Is the market lack of agents?
2) A mentor has so many downlines, is it still possible to for them coach rookies when they join? some indicated as many as 1000 agents under him.
3) Every career seminar seems to draw a very prospective path. However, when rookies join and paid all the necessary fees, they were either neglected, lost or helpless. why is this so?
