I've pass my RES exam but have not registered as an agent yet as I've criminal record 8 years back.I've read through the requirements and I don't think I'm qualified. I really keen to join this industry. How can I apply or how should I appeal to CEA? Is it compulsory to let the agency know my past history. My record have been good all this years and I wish to start anew. Thanks in advance
