its been mths that i am looking for an EM in Yishun but i guess ive got to settle somewhere in Tampines - a far cry that is. Not that i dont have any choice at all, but some of the EM units are listed as 'already co broke'. i have an exclusive agent and by practising this, somehow hinders me from getting my dream location. Why is this so? Why cant units be transacted 'as-per-normal'???
