It is a very difficult decision to make when choosing which mentor of which agency to join. If after joining one finds it is not suitable for one reason or another how long does one need to be attached to that agency before one can look for another mentor in another agency. What costs are involved. I am waiting for RES exam's results and am doing some soul searching first!
