It is possible for Mimosa Park to go enbloc, given it's large land size with low density.
However, you mentioned that you like the Estate, so I would assume you will be purchasing for your own stay?
If so, I would also assume that you would probably spend some money for renovation as most of the units would probably require extensive renovation?
If that's the case, I am abit concerned for you should Mimosa Park really goes enbloc in the near term. This is considering the price premium you pay for a unit there today, the cost of renovation for your own stay, and the hefty seller stamp duty you will incur should it goes enbloc within 3 years of your purchase.
