Is the rent of $3000 incl of the maintenance fee? Any other additional fees to be paid?

Yes, most rental in Singapore are inclusive of maint fee. Maint. fees is usually the liability of landlord. The unit you enquired was already taken. If you need help to look for another unit, you can contact me at 96855070 .
