Is the cooling period for a buyer too long.. I personally feel that it too long. As a seller, imagine we need to wait for two week and then the seller just paid for $1K. we stay for two week then if the buyer decide not to buy. We left on 2month and 2 weeks.
can we reduce the cooling period to one week. I mean we make agreed with the buyer to commit in one week. Is it against HDB Regulation?? Please advice.

prepare enhanced resale checklist, financial planning with seller early. if the buyer is ready, the exercise can be done early..
now 1st appt with hdb is abt 2 to 3 weeks only..
