Is it true that I can only join a real estate firm (Eg: ERA, HSR etc...) AFTER I PASS my RES test? I cannot join a firm while I am still studying for the test? Then is it true that after I join a firm, it takes about 1 month before CEA grants me my license and then I am finally allowed to practice as a real estate agent?

Afternoon,

You can definitely join any real estate agency before your go for your course or exam. However, you can only commence with any official practice after getting your CEA registration done,
