Is it legal for agents to advertise properties they see in the multiple listings system (MLS) to get buyers but are otherwise not the "legal" listing agents that the property owners have entrusted to sell their house for them? Thanks!

Morning,

According to current ruling, only authorised salesperson are allow to advertise for their clients. Any advertising by other unauthorised salesperson is not allowed.
