Is it an agent's responsibility to highlight disadvantages of a property (Eg: afternoon sun, noisy MRT track etc...) or can you safely adopt a "buyer didn't ask so you don't say" policy. Like a car salesperson obviously won't tell you the weak points of a car you want to purchase unless you ask him whether there are any.
