If you are looking at private condo around Lakeside MRT area, you might have to increase your budget up to $1M.

Why not let my banker advise you on your in principle approval first so you can gauge how much bank loan you can obtain then we work things out from there?

Hi Flora, for the price at 900k, max 80% bank loan if this is your first property loan, the cost includes upfront 5% cash + 150%(cash or cpf) + stamp duty + lawyer fee + ....etc.
