I'm still undecided in choosing the best agency for myself. I've been a PA for a real estate agent before, i have seen how he doesn't really share things with his agents and of course the only person who is successful is him. (he earns $70,000 monthly while his guys earn on average $3000 to $4500 monthly)
I'm trying to be careful as to which agency to join, i would like to meet some of you and discuss:
1) the kind of in-house training i will have and the activities that'll be in place for me as a newbie.
2) Looking at the agents you have trained and how much they have earned.
3) Are you really able to focus on selling and managing people? If so how are you doing it? Again the quality of the agents under you would tell everything about how you work.
I'll be focusing on the mass market of malay HDB dwellers. If you would like me to be a part of your team you are welcome to put your answers below.
