Im looking to buy my first hdb flat possibly a resale one maybe a 3-rm that cost ard 300k. i have applied for a loan recently and was granted a max loan of ard 340k. however i am low on cash and would like to loan for everything - cost of hdb, cov and 5% cash. are there any methods to achieve this?
