I'm into this agency less than 2 months. But not getting any help at all from mentor, yet her team seems to be expanding by the day. Feels she is not able to invest time at all in me. Is it possible to move within agency to another group ? Or I will have to move to another agency ? Also how difficuly/problematic is it to move ?
