Im current renting a HDB, I am the main Tenant, I live with my wife and daughter. My lease is about to expire. I want to continue living there, but I dont want to be the main Tenant anymore. Is it considered a lease renewal even if my Wife signs the TA instead of? Meaning she will become the Main Tenant.
