I'm an sole owner of a property. Recently, an agent tried to reach me but to no avail and left her calling card with my security guard. And so happen that the guard gave it to my spouse. My spouse called the agent and after much questioning came to know about this property of mine. And lots of problem surface.
When I contact the agent, she still have the cheek to lie and denied that it is her fault but yet keep apologising to me. Irony!
My question: There is a serious breach of integrity and professionalism of this agent. May I know other than calling the company that she is working for to fill a complaint on disclosure of confidentality of information, which other authority I can approach? Who is governing all property agents? Thank you.
