I'm an agent myself, been in the industry for 1 year plus, but have not close any deals yet. I was tied up with my part time studies early this year and only officially started doing agent work mid of the year. I did not get much help from the previous agency, that's why i make the switch. The same thing happened at this current co, when i asked for help, i was told to just do what i have to do and get listings. The problem is I've done tele-marketing, flyers etc, I just did not manage to get any listings. I wonder should i still continue in this industry or change agency again. Will it reflect badly on me if i change agency again? Thanks
