Hi Audrey, Exec Condo is not bound by the 35 years old single rule after they reach 5 years. In fact EC after 5 years is semi privitised, after 10years, u are able to resell to foreigners. EC represents gd value as their psf is lower as compared to condos but most EC do not lose out in terms of facilities avail. Transacted prices for the 3 bedrooms are below 700k in The Florida. I also have EC in Bishan Loft which is near Bishan MRT to show u for comparison.
