I'm a regular in the SAF, but is currently under sponsorship for full time studies receiving monthly allowance without CPF contribution. My girlfriend has graduated and started working 3 mths ago.
1. Will we be assessed for HLE when booking flat? Or 3 mths before key collection?
2. Does Deferred Income Assessment apply to us (read online that both parties of a couple must be student to be eligible)?
