Dear sir/madam,
There is no fixed commission rate for the assignments you have mentioned and will boil down to individual salesperson. Salesperson can openly bid for lowest commission to prospective clients but end of the day, if interests of clients is not met (sell low and buy high), I think paying more for a salesperson who can perform (sell high and buy lower) would be more in a client's interest. It is probably more of how much can a prospective client afford to pay for a professional service. Similar to seeing a doctor, you will pay lowest consultation fees for a junior doctor but have to pay top dollar for the senior consultant in that specialty.
Perhaps it will be in your interest to speak to the consultants and learn more about what they can offer for you before deciding on the appointment.
