1) PropertyGuru platform does not claim any fees from any buyers, sellers, tenants, or landlords.
2) It is agents and developers who are paying all the fees for subscriptions and advertising costs.
3) In a normal situation, buyers do not need to pay any commission/fees to the sellers' agents, because they are engaged by sellers and not by you.
4) Having said that, you still have to read the OTP very carefully. There are cases where sellers refused to pay for the service rendered by the agent and passed the cost over to buyers.
5) Thus scrutinize the received OTP before you pay your 1% option fee.
