if an agent helps in both selling and buying of a HDB property how much of commission should be offered.

Morning Muha,

Having a salesperson to assist you on both sales and purchase can be tough. Standard commission payable for sales is 2% and purchase at 1%. However, you can discuss with your salesperson on the rates and work things out.
