I would like to sell my HDB 5A @ Tampines st 23 (10th storey). It's valuation is @$500K but I would ilke to sell $600K considering the MRT station next to block (2 mins walk) will be ready by 2013. Please advise if it is at all feasible. I don't want my unit to be a show room, if it's not feasible to sell at that price, I'll hang on to it till the MRT is ready and will re-valuate again. - W
