I would like to rent out my unit at suites 123, any agent can give me some input on rental range and find me tenant?

Hi Yuki,

Based on the average rental it is between S$2.5k to S$3k.

In order to help you find tenant, I would need to meet up with you to know more about your unit so that I can match the suitable tenant as the shortest time possible.

Dear Yuki,

With its proximity to the MRT station, rental demand will be healthy. It would be helpful if you are able to provide more information about your unit configuration, otherwise I wouldn't be able to advise on rental range.
