Asked by Bridging Loan
I would like to purchase a private condo. However, I would need to sell my 4 room premium HDB flat to finance it. Unfortunately, i can only sell it from 1 June 2013 onwards. Not wanting to miss out on a choice unit, is it possible for me to take a bridging loan while waiting for the sale of my flat? (though MOP is only in June, i can start advertising it now right?)
