I would like to know if there are any cheap resale EC at the price range of $500,000 for a 3 bedroom unit. If yes, may I know the names of the EC and their location?

Dear STK,

There are NO ECs that is at that price. Even if the asking is really $500,000, the counter offers will push it all the way up.

An resale EC can easily fetch around $900,000 now for a 3 bedroom apartment.
