For a start, you will need to check if you are eligible to become an agent first (https://www.cea.gov.sg/professionals/salesperson-registration-matters/apply-for-salesperson-registration), then you will be required to complete the RES course and pass the RES exams before you are able to register to become an agent with an agency.
