I would like to buy hdb/EC and I am singaporean. I would like to buy with my mom who is also a singaporean/Malaysia PR. She is married to my dad who is a malaysian. My dad has malaysia properties under his name while my mom does not.
Is my mom still eligible to form a family nucleus with me to buy a hdb/EC? Is she affected by my dad holding properties overseas?
