Depending on your qualification, you might need to take a WDA course, if you do not have 'O' or higher. Then you need to take RES course and the exam. After you pass the exam, you can choose the company which you prefer to work in. Total cost for RES course and exams is less than $1200.
The most important requirement of being a salesperson would then be your mentor or partner, which many of those who left, lacks.
