I would like to ask if I am able to take up HDB Loan or entitled to any grant if I wish to buy a flat next to my parents. I am a citizen married to SPR and have sold our private property Oct 2010. I heard about different types of grant as a first time HDB buyer but I am confused on which category that I fall into or perhaps I am not eligible at all. Need advise.
