I wish to know if i were to start off from part time, how much do i need to set aside for marketing properties (resale) every month? I'm currently holding bldg & real estate mgmt diploma from Ngee Ann Poly which is exempted from RES/REA & i hv not decide which agency to join yet and need a mentor to be able to guide me. Pls advice.
