the beauty about being a property agent is the flexibility that the job offers. So u can decide how much time u want to put in but of course, the amount you earn will depend on the efforts u put in.

As to your other query, u do not have to pay/pass the RES course before joining an agency. But that will also mean that u cannot practise until u get yr licence.
