However , have you explored having all your technicalities being outsourced so that you can have a ease of mind through the entire transaction process. It seems that you are unfamiliar with the regulations pertaining to rental of residential accommodation in Singapore, that you are able to do it on your own. Would you be running a huge risk in doing so without being familiar with the regulations?
To be frank, thousands and one incidents can happen from marketing the unit for rent right up to the day the tenant moves out, and without understanding the through and through of what actions to take or have the experience to handle situations, it could get quite tricky for you in terms of managing the entire tenancy.

Doing it yourself is definitely possible and permissible.
There are procedures and processes that you may not be aware of. Going about it yourself to save on agent fee is risky.
