Hi Victor, Can I assume that your enquiry here indicates that you do not wish to be represented by a salesperson? In my own opinion, as long as the salesperson is not representing both parties, the most important thing is to get your objective achieved in purchasing the right unit at the right price, considering even if you are paying the commission. I believe all proper salesperson who are practising are aware of the consequences of dual representation.
