As we all know, when your sell high, it's likely that you will buy high as well. The current estimated pricing for your unit should range between $450k to $475k.

Hi Mrs Goh,

Your unit is not far away from the MRT Station therefore I would think that it will generate a fair bit of interest as compared to those units further away. It is definitely 1 of the worst time to be selling your HDB if you are not thinking about purchasing another property after sale. If you are thinking about selling and then purchasing another property (upgrade), it could perhaps be 1 of the better times to do so while prices are weak therefore you maybe able to undertake the loans required to make the upgrade while still enjoying the relatively low interest rates. For upgrading cases, I usually share with my clients that there is never a best time to do so but only when are you most ready to do so. As long as it is within your financial comfort ability to do so, it is always nice to be upgrading.
