I tenated a private apt for 1 year with tenancy agreement. after that mutually I agreed to extend the apt for a further period of 4 months.In between this period the owner suddenly asked me to sign the contract for another 1 year otherwise demanded us to vacate within 10 days time.because there was only mutual agreement and not enough time to look for 1 more apt we had to sign the contract forcefully.but the owner did not issue us any copy for the evidence of certificate of stamp duty.Is the contract valid one?
