I saw a few HDBs on propertyguru. After sending Whatsapp text to the agents as per displayed on the website, the agents who were totally unresponsive or MIA after 1 or 2 text messages. These agents are the only contact point and if I come across these agents, I have to make a hard decision to give up the flat that I am interested in. However, I do not think potential home buyers should receive such a poor attitude from these groups of agents.
