Complains are part and parcel in any service industry. If you do not wish to have any complains, the safest way is not to be practising in this industry :p

Jokes aside, being in a people's business, there will be bound to be occasion where misunderstandings occur. The level of expectations among different clients also differs, therefore what works for client A may not be the right way for client B. The most important thing I feel is to serve with heart. Do not lie to your client or think only about our own interest in all transactions. Commission although is important, they should not be the primary consideration when closing a deal.

Once all these are in place, if complains still come in, it just show that you are transacting deals in this business and it is a good sign. As long as you do your best, ethically and with integrity, you should not be getting into any major issues.
