I own a HBD 5 room at Central location, market valuation about $70k. No more loan outstanding. Can I afford to sell the flat and get a private condo?

First, we need to consider on how much profit you can get from the sales.
Second, how much loan do you need or can you get? This is also dependent on your current age, income and credit record.
Third, what sized unit and what location are you looking at?
