I own a 5 BR HDB. Im thinking of buying a condo either at town (D9,10,11) for investment/rental or buy somewhere at probably west coast for own stay. my budget is $1.25mil. which should i chose at current market condition?

Morning yuki,

It's up to your preference, financial ability and lifestyle. If you prefer to have a condo lifestyle, probably you should buy a condo in west coast for own stay and rent out your HDB.

If not, you can choose to buy a condo in D9/10/ 11 for investment. Both options are about the same just that which lifestyle are you much keen for.
